A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither related to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.

Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

  • on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together;
  • on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item of goods, provided that you ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory. You may also complete and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement electronically on our website (https://wo-we.shop/pages/widerruf-formular). If you make use of this option, we will promptly send you confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal (e.g. by email).

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online using the designated button ("Withdraw Contract" or similar wording) on our website (www.wo-we.shop). If you use this online function, we will promptly provide you with an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including information about the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement for goods that can be returned by parcel post until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

We will collect goods that cannot be returned by parcel post.

You must send back or hand over the goods that can be returned by parcel post without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning goods that can be returned by parcel post as well as the direct costs of returning goods that cannot be returned by parcel post. The costs for goods that cannot be returned by parcel post are estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 250.

After declaring withdrawal, the goods must be returned within 14 days to the following address:

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
  • for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on market fluctuations beyond the trader’s control;
  • for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts:

  • for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;
  • for the supply of goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
  • for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
