2-Pack Epoxy Resin Mortar

Epoxy mortar for repair work on screed, concrete and asphalt, e.g. renovation of worn-out industrial floors, closing of floor cracks, garnishing of joint edges, repair of stair treads, level compensation on doorsteps and ramps.The special properties of the epoxy resin make the mortar resistant to oils, greases, de-icing salt, acids and alkalis. The epoxy resin mortar is also suitable as a leveling layer on uneven surfaces.

Mix epoxy resin-mortar mixture:

The components resin (A) + hardener (B) are supplied in a appropriate mixing ratio. Pour the hardener completely into the resin component and mix thoroughly with a mechanical stirrer at a maximum of 400 rpm until the mixture is homogeneous (approx. 5 minutes). After mixing, transfer to a clean vessel and stir again thoroughly. The temperature of the components should be at least 8 °C. Add the homogeneously mixed resin/hardener mixture to the filler component (quartz sand) (C) and mix with a mechanical stirrer at a maximum of 300 rpm (approx. 5 min until a homogeneous mixture is achieved).

Our mortar is self-priming and bonds to almost all solid substrates or adjacent coverings. Is ideal for chipping, holes and voids in concrete and screed floors. Due to the chemical composition, the material hardens almost without shrinkage.
