Anti-Slip Glass Beads W758
W758 glass beads effectively improve the slip resistance of floor coatings. They are ideal for epoxy, polyurethane and other coating systems, both indoors and outdoors. Thanks to their fine, uniform grain size, they provide excellent slip resistance without altering the appearance of the coating. Application is straightforward: simply broadcast the beads onto the still-wet coating or mix them directly into the coating material.
Substrate Preparation
After thorough cleaning of the substrate, it may be advisable in certain cases to apply a primer.
Application
For optimal slip resistance, approximately 100–150 g of glass beads per square metre should be used.
Slip Resistance / Consumption
- R9: approx. 500 g/m²
- R10: approx. 1 kg/m²
- For light slip resistance: approx. 300 g/m²
